Day 1 – Montenegrin Welcoming
We arrive in Podgorica and embark on an unforgettable journey across Montenegro, from majestic mountains to the stunning Adriatic coast. Upon arrival at Podgorica Airport, a private transfer takes you to the mountain town of Kolašin.
Lunch is organized at Restaurant Sherpas, offering a taste of authentic local cuisine.
Afterwards, check-in at the 4 – star Bianca Resort & Spa, with accommodation in twin rooms on a bed & breakfast basis.
The rest of the day is free for relaxation and enjoyment of the hotel’s spa facilities or the surrounding mountain atmosphere.
Day 2 – Exploring Bjelasica
A slow morning wake-up and relaxation at the hotel, enjoying a peaceful breakfast with stunning views of Bjelasica, one of Montenegro’s most beautiful mountain areas, known for its dense forests, clear rivers, and unspoiled nature.Before lunch, we head to Katun Vranjak, a traditional mountain katun nestled in the heart of Bjelasica. Here, you’ll enjoy an authentic Montenegrin lunch made from local ingredients, surrounded by the tranquility of mountain meadows, clear streams, and scenic trails—a perfect place to relax and soak in the atmosphere of true mountain life.
After lunch, we return to the hotel, where the afternoon is spent unwinding in comfort and enjoying the natural surroundings, breathtaking mountain views, and fresh air—ideal for a peaceful rest and rejuvenation.
Day 3 – Nature, Tradition & Mountain Serenity
After breakfast, the day begins with a transfer from Kolašin to Biogradska Gora National Park, one of Europe’s last remaining primeval forests. Entrance to the park is included, offering access to untouched nature and breathtaking scenery. Enjoy a guided hiking tour around Biogradsko Lake, surrounded by dense forests and crystal-clear waters, followed by a relaxing rowing boat tour on the lake, allowing you to fully experience the park’s peaceful atmosphere.
In the afternoon, the journey continues to the historic Morača Monastery, one of Montenegro’s most significant cultural and Orthodox landmarks.
The day concludes with dinner at the traditional Restaurant Vodenica in Kolašin, known for its authentic local cuisine and rustic charm.
Day 4 – Adventurous Tara River
Today`s day is all about long rafting adventure on the Tara River, where you’ll experience thrilling rapids while surrounded by Montenegro’s spectacular canyon landscapes. This is an unforgettable way to connect with nature and adventure. A lunch package is provided after rafting, giving you time to refuel and relax.
In the evening, we check in at the 4 – star Hotel Porto Tara in Žabljak. Accommodation is in comfortable twin rooms on a half-board basis, with dinner included at the hotel. Relax and unwind after an action-packed day in the heart of Montenegro’s mountains.
Day 5 – North to South – Nature to History
Halfway through our journey, this day is dedicated to discovering Montenegro’s breathtaking natural scenery and rich historical heritage.
We will explore Durmitor National Park, enjoying the spectacular mountain landscapes and taking a walk around Black Lake, one of Montenegro’s most beautiful natural gems. Afterwards, we will visit
Ostrog Monastery, a magnificent Orthodox site built into the cliff, renowned for its historical and religious significance. A place that gathers people of all religions.
For lunch, we will stop in Nikšić to savor local specialties and soak in the authentic atmosphere. In the evening, we will enjoy a
delicious dinner at Istok Restaurant, and then settle in at 4 – star Hotel Aleksandar Budva for a relaxing night, ready for new adventures.
Day 6 – Budva and Coastal Treasures
Embark on a scenic boat tour along the Adriatic coast, exploring the area’s stunning islands. The tour includes visits to the iconic Sveti Stefan, the picturesque Sveti Nikola Island, and other nearby gems, offering breathtaking views and excellent photo opportunities.
Lunch is served on the charming Hawaii Island, where you can enjoy local specialties in a unique seaside setting.
After returning to Budva, take a walk along promenade by the sea, enjoy a guided tour of the city center and historic Old Town, strolling through its narrow streets, vibrant squares, and centuries-old architecture.
Day 7 – Luxury Cruise and and Bay of Kotor Tour
Today we will first explore the Old Town of Kotor, strolling through its charming streets, historic squares, and admiring the medieval architecture. After that, we embark on an unforgettable boat trip adventure through the Bay of Kotor, one of the most beautiful bays in the world. We’ll sail past dramatic mountain landscapes and coastal towns, enjoying the stunning beauty of Montenegro’s coastline from the sea.
We will also visit the Blue Cave, where a magical atmosphere of turquoise waters and shimmering light creates spectacular reflections – perfect for photos and relaxation. Lunch will be served on the boat, featuring fresh seafood and Mediterranean delicacies as we cruise the bay.
After a fulfilling day at sea and exploring the bay, we arrive at the hotel to settle in and relax, ready for
new adventures.
Day 8 – Vibrant Bar and Sandy Ulcinj
The day begins with a visit to the coastal town of Bar, known for its historic charm and Mediterranean atmosphere. We continue to Ulcinj, one of Montenegro’s oldest towns, where narrow streets, ancient architecture, and vibrant local life offer a true cultural experience.
Next, we stop at the famous Velika Plaža (Long Beach), a stunning stretch of golden sand along the Adriatic coast, perfect for a leisurely walk or relaxation by the sea.
Lunch is served at a traditional fish restaurant on Ada Bojana, a unique island at the mouth of the Bojana River, renowned for its fresh seafood and tranquil setting.
Return to your accommodation in the evening, completing a day filled with history, nature, and coastal flavors.
Day 9 – Royal Heights & Farewell Moments
Today we set out on an exciting excursion to Cetinje, the historic and cultural center of Montenegro, known for its museums, palaces, and charming architecture. We’ll stroll through streets rich in tradition and immerse ourselves in the cultural heritage of this old town.
Next, we head to Njeguši, a small mountain village famous for its prosciutto and cheese, where we’ll experience local traditions and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery.
Our next stop is the cable car, taking us high above the mountains for spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding landscapes – a perfect mix of adventure and natural beauty.
For lunch, we’ll stop at Bastadur Restaurant in Njeguši, renowned for its homemade specialties and authentic Montenegrin cuisine. We’ll savor a hearty meal made from fresh local ingredients while soaking in the atmosphere and tradition of this mountain village.
We will enjoy another night in our fantastic Hotel Aleksandar, summarizing the impressions we gained during this trip.
Day 10 – Skadar Lake & Departure
Our final day will be dedicated to exploring Skadar Lake and enjoying a relaxing boat ride through this beautiful national park. Surrounded by lush nature and peaceful waters, we will have the chance to fully unwind and take in the stunning scenery. During the trip, we will also enjoy delicious food and refreshing drinks. At the end of the day, we will head to the airport, parting ways, we hold close the beauty, culture, and soul of Montenegro, treasuring it until our paths cross again.
