This private experience combines two rhythms in one day: a guided walking introduction to Herceg Novi and a rural, sensory visit on the Luštica Peninsula.

The experience starts at Kanli Kula Fortress and follows Herceg Novi’s Old Town downward — through stone alleys, small squares, and viewpoints that reflect the town’s layered past at the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. The walk gradually brings us to the sea, ending at Škver, the old harbour and promenade.

From Škver, we cross the bay by boat to Rose, one of the oldest settlements on Luštica. The change is immediate: stone houses, small jetties, and a slower, more grounded atmosphere.

From Rose, a private transfer takes us uphill to Klinci Village Resort, a restored stone hamlet surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation. Here, the experience becomes intimate and hands-on. You are welcomed and introduced to the world of essential oils and traditional distillation, with a welcome drink served during the opening talk.

After the introduction, the distillation process is set in motion using seasonal local herbs (the choice of plants depends on the time of year). While the distillation runs, we take a short walk to the old village setting and olive-mill area, where you’ll enjoy a small refreshment while we wait for the process to finish — a sweet or savoury bite, depending on the group’s preference.

We then continue with a gentle walk through the village before returning to the distillation room. Each guest receives a small bottle of essential oil as a keepsake, with time to browse Klinci’s small shop of natural products.

After the visit, we return to Rose and take the boat back across the bay, finishing in Herceg Novi.

Lunch (available by arrangement)

Lunch can be added at Klinci by arrangement. If you’d like to include a meal, I recommend confirming it in advance so everything is prepared and timed smoothly. Depending on availability, it may also be possible to order a meal on the day.
